He is legal Director at ABRAL – the Brazilian Licensing Association, Secretary-Director at ANGARDI – the National Association for Guarenteeing Intellectual Rights, Member of the Panel of Collaborators at CNCP – the National Council for Combating Piracy for ANGARDI – the National Association for Guaranteeing Intellectual Rights.
24 years’ experience in civil and criminal litigation. Unrestricted work in criminal litigation related to business activity, with an emphasis on prosecution, representing the rights of victims of the most varied crimes. Responsible for the organisation and administration of massive campaigns or occasional lawsuits to combat fraud, counterfeiting and piracy, preparation of opinions and for the coordination and administration of cases of Identification, Analysis & Risk Management, Compliance, Due Diligence, Business Intelligence, information analysis and investigations.
Author of several articles and book chapters on Intellectual Property, Border Measures and Combating Piracy. Lecturer and speaker at numerous national and international conferences, seminars and congresses.
Participant of important associations such as INTA, IACC, ICC, ABPI, ABAPI, ABRAL, AIPPI, ASIPI, OAB-DF, OAB-SP and OAB-RJ.
