He is a litigator who handles complex lawsuits in the field of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, trade dress, unfair competition, copyright, software, patents, industrial designs, trade secrets and personality rights. He provides strategic counseling regarding IP rights, including protection and enforcement. He manages large IP portfolios for national and international clients.

He is also actively engaged in Digital Law, providing counseling in the fields of privacy, data protection and other Internet-related issues.

Executive Director of Dannemann Siemsen Institute (2019-2022). Panelist for domain name disputes of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (ABPI). Member of the Internet Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA). Co-coordinator of the Software and Internet Committee of the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (ABPI). Recognized as one of the most admired IP lawyers in Brazil by Análise Advocacia (2020).
