Admitted as a lawyer in Brazil and New York, as well as qualified to practice law in Switzerland. After having worked in Switzerland, he joined the Dannemann Siemsen firm in early 2015.

He graduated from the University of Geneva (Switzerland), having took part in exchanges at the Humboldt University in Berlin (Germany) and at the University of Zurich (Switzerland). He is also a graduate of NYU University (New York), where he obtained an LL.M. in 2013.

Yannick works in the areas of trademarks, unfair competition, copyrights, advertising law, privacy, data protection and digital law, among others. He mainly serves active international clients in various market segments.
