A chemical engineer, industrial property agent, lawyer and partner at Dannemann where he has been working for 28 years with an emphasis on patents in the areas of chemistry, pharmacy, agriculture, biotechnology, food, cosmetics and other related fields. He also works in the protection area of Plant Varieties and as a technical assistant in lawsuits involving patents.
He participates in important associations such as ABPI, ABAPI, ASIPI, CRQ-RJ and OAB-RJ. In addition, he has actively participated in the ABPI Patent Commission and represented the association at meetings of the PCT Working Group at WIPO headquarters in Geneva and participated in the preparation of Resolutions in the area of patents.
In recognition of his work, he was featured in the publication The Legal 500 and was highlighted in the area of patents in Who’s Who Legal.
