Having graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, Marina took an extension course at the Franklin Pierce Law Center (United States), has a postgraduate degree in Economics and Business Law from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV-SP) of won a scholarship to study Private International Law in Japan.

Marina serves national and international clients from the most varied economic sectors, such as: Food and Retail, Clothing, Energy, Chemical, Automotive and Autoparts, Construction, Electrical and Electronics, and e-commerce, among others.

She participates in important associations such as ABAPI, ABPI, ASIPI, INTA, the Japanese Chamber, Swisscam, OAB-RJ and OAB-SP, in which she is part of the legal and trademark committees; Institutional Relations Director at ASPI (2021-2023) and Professor of the Latu Sensu Specialisation Course in Intellectual Property, Entertainment Law, Midia and Fashion Law at ESA – the Superior School of Law at OAB/SP.

In recognition of her work, she has been cited in the publications Análise Advocacia 500 – Most admired lawyer since 2013. She was elected as one of the best IP lawyers in Brazil for 2018 and as leading business lawyer in Brazil for 2020 by LACCA 2018 – Latin American Corporate Counsel Association.
