Attorney-at-Law graduated in 1985 and Intellectual Property Agent, Luiz Henrique is specialised in industrial Property (trademarks, patents and copyright), Corporate Law and franchising, licensing, unfair competition, Computer Law, transfer of technology, consumer protection laws, litigation at the judicial and administrative spheres in the above related areas.
Recipient in 2017 of the Award of Judicial Merit by the Court of Appeals of Rio de Janeiro for contribution to the improvement of the Judiciary Power and to the Legal Community and 2015 Commendation (Comendador) of the Order of the Judiciary Power awarded by the Federal Court of Appeals on Labour Matters – 2nd Region.
