The Madrid Protocol and its implementation in Brazil: challenges and opportunities

IDS Board Member, Felipe Dannemann Lundgren, was a member of the panel on the event “International Trademark Registration System – The Madrid Protocol and its Implementation in Brazil: Challenges and Opportunities”.

The event was supported by IDS and was organized by the Industrial Property Commission of OAB / RJ, of which Felipe is chairman. The panel was attended by Dr. André Fontes (Federal Judge), Dr. Maria Eugenia Gallotti (Project Manager of the Protocol of Madrid at INPI – National Institute of Industrial Property – BR), Dr. Gabriel Leonardos (Federal Counsel and President from the Industrial Property Commission of the OAB Federal Council), Dr. Enzo Baiocchi (Professor at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, State University of Rio de Janeiro and Candido Mendes University) and Dr. Vinícius Bogéa Câmara (Coordinator of Innovation Development at the BPTO).
