Electronic Commerce and Consumer Law

Gustavo Piva de Andrade participated in the event “Electronic Commerce and Consumer Law” promoted on December 13th by EMERJ, Nemesis Institute, and PROCON-RJ.

The Executive Director of Dannemann Siemsen Institute (IDS) composed the opening session, along with the president of PROCON-RJ, Dr. Cassius Coelho, and the Judge of the TJ / RJ, Dr. Werson Rêgo.

The lawyer explained the regulation of the Internet and its interface with consumer rights, covering aspects of the Internet Civil Framework and the General Data Protection Act (LGPD).
