Constitutional Challenge ADI 5529

IDS counselor, Luiz Augusto Paulino, made a statement today before the Supreme Court defending the constitutionality of the sole paragraph of article 40 of the Industrial Property Law.

The counselor spoke on behalf of the National Association of Research and Development of Innovative Companies (ANPEI) and stressed the importance of the device to guarantee a minimum term of protection for the innovative industry.
