99th Pharmaceutical Trade Mark Group – PTMG Congress in Berlin

IDS Executive Director, Gustavo Piva de Andrade, lectured at the 99th Pharmaceutical Trade Mark Group – PTMG Congress on October 4th in Berlin, Germany.

In the lecture entitled “Software Disputes in the Pharmaceutical Industry,” the lawyer gave an overview of aspects of protecting and infringing computer programs and how they might impact the operation of pharmaceutical and healthcare companies.
