Speaking to national entrepreneurs, Maria Eugenia Ramos Gallotti (Madrid Protocol Project Manager and Head of INPI’s (BPTO’s) Trademarks Division) presented operational aspects and benefits brought by Brazil’s adherence to the Madrid Protocol.
The treaty facilitates the protection of Brazilian brands abroad and brings up new perspectives, acting as a very appealing tool for companies to develop international protection programs more strategically.
