Lecture – Controversial Aspects of Extraordinary Appeals

Share

Through lectures presented by researchers and practitioners, IDS builds bridges between the Academy and the marketplace, offering law students and early-career youth the opportunity to contact leading professionals in their fields.

Christine Peters, professor, and researcher was our first guest. A member of the Victor robot creative team, which does the screening of cases and selection of stories in the Supreme Court, Christine presented us with the most exciting trajectory of use of new technologies by the Supreme, which also resulted in the implementation of the Court’s virtual plenary. The audience could also ask questions about the best use of Extraordinary Appeals, a topic of special appreciation of the researcher.

The IDS Lectures Cycle will revolve around themes that have been transforming the daily life of the profession. Providing reflection, knowledge, debate, content, this is our mission.
