IDS Agenda – “Strategic litigation management”

IDS Agenda 2024: the Dannemann Siemsen Institute (IDS) welcomed a team of experts to talk about strategic litigation management.

The aim of this event was to debate relevant issues on the subject, such as: the routine, the dynamics and challenges faced by companies’ strategic legal departments; what these departments expect from their partner law firms with regard to joint action on companies’ strategic legal and advisory demands, among others.

To discuss these and other issues, Dannemann Siemsen Institute Board Member Rodrigo de Assis Torres will moderate a panel with two experts on the subject:

Andrezza Donini Campos addressed the issue from the perspective of companies in the telecommunications sector; and

Camilla Ygesca talked about the subject from the perspective of agribusiness companies.

SPEAKERS

Andrezza Donini Campos is a lawyer who has managed Claro S.A.’s strategic civil department for over 14 years, where she handles legal proceedings and provides business consultancy with a focus on preventive legal support. Andrezza is a specialist in Consumer Law (PUC/SP), with extension courses in Legal Department Management, Compliance and LGPD, taught by INSPER.

Camilla Ygesca is a lawyer with more than 10 years’ experience in strategic civil litigation focused on agribusiness. Camilla is currently responsible for Cargill Agrícola’s civil and criminal claims in Brazil. She specializes in Civil Procedure, Civil Law and Business Law.
