After the success of the first edition which celebrated 25 years of the Industrial Property Law and 5 years of the Civil Procedure Code, the Dannemann Siemsen Institute (IDS) organized the 2nd edition of the Interdisciplinary Seminar on Civil Procedure and Industrial Property.

A free event, with big names on the national legal scene, with the objective of debating procedural aspects inherent to the area of industrial property, its practical repercussions, and how our courts have been positioning themselves in relation to the matter.
