Case Law Yearbook 2022
The Dannemann Siemsen Institute is pleased to present the second edition of its Case Law Yearbook, featuring a selection of important judicial decisions in the field of Intellectual Property rendered throughout the year 2022. Additionally, as Special Content, the publication also includes commentary on a Supreme Court decision handed down in 2021, chosen for its relevance and impact in the field of Patents.
This is a collaborative effort that brings together the expertise and experiences of various professionals, and we hope it can contribute to the discussion of Brazilian judicial precedents in the field of Intellectual Property.
