A master’s degree in Civil Procedure from the Pontifical Catholic University in São Paulo (PUC-SP). Dissertation: “Admissibilidade e produção da prova pericial nas ações de infração e de nulidade de patente” [Admissibility and production of expert evidence in patent infringement and cancellation actions] and an MBA in International Business Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV).
Member of the Brazilian Institute of Procedural Law (IBDP).
Assistant professor in Civil Procedure on the degree course at the Pontifical Catholic University in São Paulo (PUC-SP) and lecturer in the area of civil procedure with entities such as the Public Prosecutor’s Superior School in São Paulo.

With more than 10 years of experience at different Public Administration bodies and experienced in other branches of Law, he works for national and international clients, from the most varied economic sectors, such as food, pharmaceutical and automobile.
He constantly acts in litigation and pre-litigation involving patents, trademarks, industrial designs, unfair competition and copyright.
He is a member of the OAB/SP and OAB/MG.
