Rodrigo Rocha, a lawyer and industrial property agent, is a partner of the Dannemann Siemsen firm. Having graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University in Rio de Janeiro, he has completed an extension course in Civil Law, Civil Procedural Law and Intellectual Property at Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (COGEAE) and Fundação Getulio Vargas do Rio de Janeiro, respectively.
He works in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, administration and tender procurement, consultative and preventive law, and in the defence of clients from the most different economic sectors: food, beverage and tobacco; auto and automotive industries; banks; insurance companies and health insurance providers; telephony; energy; oil and gas; entertainment; and transport, among others.
