Having graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, she holds a L.L.M. in Intellectual Property Law from Philipps Universität Marburg, Germany, post-graduation in Capital Markets Corporate Law from FGV-Rio, MBA in Business/Management from PUC-Rio and Master´s Degree in Business from PUC-Rio.
She works at all levels of the trademark protection process and her expertise includes the strategic management of national and international portfolios, legal representation in the defense of intellectual property rights, and the negotiation and drafting of license, advertising and marketing agreements and contracts.
She serves clients in the food and beverage, automotive, pharmaceutical, hygiene and cosmetic, fashion, chemical and petrochemical sectors, among others, mainly in the German and English languages and coordinates the Transfers and Alterations sector of trademarks, patents and industrial designs in the firm.
She participates in important associations such as ABAPI, ABPI, AIPPI, AMCHAM-RJ, ASIPI, IACC, ICANN At Large, INTA, LES Brasil, LESI, MARQUES and OAB-RJ. She is currently Vic-Chair of “Amicus Curiae” Team of Marques and member of the same committee with INTA.
