Henrique Steuer I. de Mello is a partner of the Dannemann Siemsen firm. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Fluminense Federal University and in Law from the Paulista University. Henrique is a specialist in Patents and Technology Transfer from the Franklin Pierce Law Center (United States).
He is co-author of the manual “So geht’s Gewerblicher Rechtsschutz in Brasilien”, a publication which orientates specialists in the sector of patents, copyright, trademarks, consumer rights, protection of computer programs, industrial designs, intellectual property, geographical indications, technology transfer and unfair competition, produced by “Die Deutsch-Brasilianische Industrie-und Handelskammer São Paulo”.
He is co-author of the book “Comentários à lei de Propriedade Industrial” (Comments on Intellectual Property Law), of IDS – Dannemann Siemsen Institute of Technical and Legal Studies. He is also the author of various technical articles in the area of patents and industrial designs.
A Committee Member of Industrial Designs of IPO (Intellectual Property Owners Association). Vice-president of the Paulista Association of Intellectual Property (ASPI). Councillor of IDS – Dannemann Siemsen Institute for Technical and Legal Studies.
