Felipe Toscano has worked for more than 10 years in the areas of Corporate Law and Contracts, with emphasis on the incorporation and legalisation of companies in Brazil, mainly subsidiaries of multinationals, and in the drafting of various agreements, above all those related to technology transfer and licensing of rights. With extensive experience and practice in Company Law, Felipe also supplies advice on the registration of investments, loans and foreign capital with the Central Bank of Brazil, as well as general consultancy on activities that will be carried out by the companies of the Firm’s clients’ in view of any restrictions or regulatory requirements, drafting these companies’ contracts with their respective service providers, suppliers and commercial partners in general.
Felipe also works strategically in the area of Agrarian Law, focusing on consultancy in Intellectual Property and in the preparation of the most varied agreements involving Biotechnologies and Plant Varieties, including research and development, transfers of genetic material and licensing for the production and marketing of seeds, seedlings, varieties and products arising from such rights.
