Has been working at Dannemann Siemsen since 1995. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), with a specialisation course in Intellectual Property from the Franklin Pierce Law Center – University of New Hampshire, in the United States, and a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedural Law from the Pontifical Catholic University (PUC-Rio). He is co-author of the books “Comments on the Industrial Property Law”, Publisher Renovar, Rio de Janeiro, 2013, and “Patent Protection and the Brazilian IP Law”, Publisher Gen/Atlas, Rio de Janeiro, 2019, and author of several legal articles.
He participates in important associations such as AIPLA, ABPI, CREA-RJ and OAB-RJ.
He has had his work recognised in publications such as MIP – IP Stars 2020, Leaders League 2020 and LACCA 2020.
