A degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University in São Paulo, specialisation in industrial property at the Franklin Pierce Law Center (United States), specialisation in Tax Law from the University Extension Centre and specialisation in Business Administration from INSPER. He is a mediator at the Mediation Chamber of the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association, ABPI (CMED-ABPI). He serves national and international customers, from the most varied economic sectors, such as: oil and gas, the railway wheels market, food, telecommunications, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, hygiene and cosmetics and the automotive industries, among others. He takes part in associations such as AASP, ABPI, AIPPI, ASIPI, ASPI, OAB-DF, OAB-RJ and OAB-SP. His work was recognised by IAM Patent 1000, in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020, as one of the main patent litigation lawyers in Brazil and by Análise Advocacia 2019 magazine as one of the most admired lawyers in industrial property in 2019 and 2020.
