Live – “Cryptography and Innovation: what is at stake in the Supreme Court?”

IDS – Instituto Dannemann Siemsen held a Live on Instagram on June 18th, at 6PM in partnership with ITS Rio with the aim of addressing the recent discussion on end-to-end encryption that reached the Supreme Court in two actions – ADPF nº 403 and ADI nº 5527. The debate was led by Bianca Kremer, IDS’s academic coordinator , and Ana Lara Mangeth, researcher at ITS, addressing the constitutional discussion on the legality of WhatsApp application blocks in national territory and related issues.
